My wife and I have used AVIS at the N. Battlefield Location in Chesapeake on multiple occasions. We have given them multiple opportunities to make things right, but they continue to fail at that. Our first rental we used through them was never cleaned, had legit dried-up puke in the door jam and smelt like a 1970s smoking section of a restaurant. The walls were dirty with mold, I wouldn’t put my employees through these unsafe conditions. They still provided an efficient and polite experience to me and my family. We were in and out of the building, I can’t imagine how the people that work there do every day!
