This location’s customer service agent was very helpful in finding a vehicle for me after I reserved a minivan months earlier (Avis didn’t initially have one available). She also helped resolve a drop-off timing issue by escalating it to her management. My experience with Avis went from dissatisfied to happy because of this very professional rental agent.
Great place the owner is one of the nicest people and always treat customers with kindness highly recommended if you are in need of a rental
This is the second time in a handful of years that they cancelled my reservation without any prior notification. They have no remorse and no repercussions for wasting people's time. No one picks up the phone here and had to wait 20 mins before someone told me that the reservation was cancelled.
