I haven’t rented here in about 6 months. When entering, I was greeted by someone with a pleasant smile and whom acknowledged me with a Good morning although she was on the phone. Mrs. Suanne went above and beyond to help every customer(8) whom entered while I was there. Being that my vehicle was getting a tire change, she made sure I was good during the wait process. Outstanding customer service and they had a large variety of vehicles ready for pickup with prior reservations and walk-in were welcomed. The vehicle that I reserved online was ready for pickup at my requested time. Overbooked reservations wasn't a problem at the Western branch location. The reps were very friendly and professional.
I really impressed with the new worser At western branch rental car SueAnn Please keep her in position for the costumer.
