Had a fender bender while in an Avis rental after talking to my company and avis on the phone and their website my wife and I were incredibly frustrated. Thankfully there was an Avis rental near our hotel. We walked in and explained our situation to Sue Ann. She was so incredibly helpful and patient. She took time to explain the process and gave us the paperwork we needed to submit.
Car I rented clearly had a previous odor and damage and they stuck me with the odor charge… when trying to get it resolved the manager neither anyone in customer service said there was nothing they could do. They don’t completely fill out paper work, what’s the point of having it if you’re not going to fill it out correctly, and blamed me for not knowing there was a side of the paperwork that they don’t use.
Our experience at the western branch location was outstanding. Sue Ann’s professionalism and attention to detail made it easy to get the perfect vehicle for our trip. Overall the Western Branch Car Rental allowed us to have a great experience
