I dropped my friend off for her rental car pick up
This Chesapeake Branch and Miss Sue-Ann have been top tier in customer service since I have started renting here. I am a Avis Presidents Club member and use this branch for my business and personal use rentals and I have been consistently shown exceptional customer service. My vehicle is always clean and fueled with minimal wait times. I will continue to use this as my home branch for all rentals to come. You all have earned a life long customer. Keep up the great work!
Unfair business practices. Charged me over 100 bucks in unwarranted fees. Rental cars are poor quality. Go to Enterprise!
If zero stars was possible, that’s what i would give. I reserved a 7-passenger “standard elite suv” for 12/20-12/30 thru Costco travel on 10/14/25. A representative from this Avis Budget location called Tuesday 12/16 and left a voicemail stating i needed to confirm my reservation. I returned that call on 12/17, and was met with a rude demeanor when i attempted to ask a question about my reservation … “i have a customer right in front of me, but go ahead” as if im not a customer, just because im on the phone. Made reservations over a month ago for vehicle called twice to confirm reservation. They call at 5:10 PM the night before we are to leave and cancel saying they don't having anything available. Worse customer service and just a bad experience overall. The worst branch and company to deal with. Didn't offer any alternatives, just we aren't helping you- goodbye. Stay away.
