Worst service ever received, booked car rental by my company and when came to pick up the car, they told me to give my personal card for security deposit $200. They charged my credit card for a one-month rental, saying we don't store the company credit card on file. Moreover, to extend the car rental, I have to drive 2 hours to the nearest Avis car rental, and can't do it phone after calling the front desk & customer service. Everyone, please be aware of the Avis-Budget Customer Service.

If their car decides to not start the next morning after picking it up be prepared to pay $200 for a jumpstart. Called their roadside assistance for a jump they said it didnt cost anything then a couple days later got an email stating they were charging my credit card on file for $200
