If you go in the morning, you will wait an hour to get your car
When I got to the office. No one was available at the desk. I tried calling but you could hear the phone ring but no answer. After 20 minutes of no help. I peeked behind and found a cell phone there and was still unsure where the worker was. By this time we had a line of 8 people waiting. What am I to do? I tried relaxation breathing techniques. I had a terrible experience here and with AVIS. 1) I reserved a premium car, but they gave me an SUV (Volkswagen Taos) that had an oil change warning. 2) I contacted AVIS customer service for this issue, and they told me to go to the nearest AVIS to exchange it, so I went to DTW Airport AVIS. But they said they didn't have a better car than the current one, so they gave me another SUV (Chevrolet Trax).
