Terrible service. We booked a car well in advance, with a scheduled pickup time of 12 PM today. We arrived promptly at 12 PM, only to find the office closed and no staff present. Even worse, customer service was completely unhelpful—they claimed they had nothing to do with it and would “try to contact the person.” Seriously? Is this a joke? We were supposed to travel to NY, and all our plans were arranged accordingly. Great experience and great customer service
Had a really amazing experience with AVIS Lafayette, IN Would recommend 100%
When I arrived to return my rental car, the staff rudely demanded the key without any greeting or explanation, and told me to leave in a very dismissive tone. I explained I had a new reservation to pick up another car, but instead of helping, the staff tossed a pen at me to sign the paperwork. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I had a terrible experience at this location.
