DO NOT TRY TO GET A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. BOOKED WEEKS IN ADVANCE SHOWED UP TO NO CAR. MISSED THE HOTEL RESERVATION AND GOT NO COMPENSATION.
I have to share this experience to warn other customers to steer clear of this Avis location. I had a reservation for this morning 9am to pickup a rental car. When I arrived, I found several other customers who had been waiting since 7 AM, the stores opening time. There were absolutely no employees there, and when we called customer service, the only response we were given, was that because they were not on site, there was nothing that they could do, and we should either make new arrangements or simply wait.
