Avoid this AVIS location. After returning my rental, I was falsely accused of damaging the vehicle and billed more than $1,500, which later increased to over $2,000. The most disturbing part is the damage report. It falsely states that I told an AVIS agent I received the vehicle with pre-existing damage. That is false; I never spoke with an employee about vehicle damage when returning the vehicle. The report was also never presented to me or signed by me. Incredibly generous customer service. (Although I would not recommend doing...) i showed up late, after closing and the agent still helped me to get to a car. Kudos to him!
