Omar was the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with.
Had a great experience renting from this location! The team was very understanding and helpful with any issues I had, which was much appreciated. Pick up and drop off were easy and straightforward. Very friendly service!
We picked up a car rental at Budget at the Denver airport and noticed a mechanical problem as soon as we got on I-70. We had a trip to Moab and Sedona planned, so we called the nearest Budget that happened to be in Lakewood. We talked to Omer, and he said no problem, we will get you another vehicle. He was friendly, efficient, and saved our trip. He was obviously concerned about our safety. We highly recommend this Budget location for the excellent customer service. We appreciate you Omer!
