This location is by far the best car rental facility in Colorado! We have rented from many different car rental establishments in the 24 years that we lived here.Once we found Avis/Budget at this location and experienced their quality service, they are the only ones we want to rent from. You won't meet any nicer people to rent a car from. Just this week when cars were scarce to rent they came through and helped us out of a tough spot. They are a class act!
Do not rent from them. Terrible customer service. Not just with us, but those ahead and behind us. We got our rental online . We show up, the 1st guy tries to sell us insurance when we already purchased it with our order and it was up on the screen. Then when they take the license, they say it was denied and to call customer service. No explanation, moved right to the next person, and when we asked for clarification, he said that he can't help us if it's online. His tone was very rude.
