A black woman at this location scammed me. On Memorial Day I came to get a rental and she told me it was holiday prices due to Memorial Day. When I got my rental agreement back after it was done, it showed that she added on every possible insurance, and add on that can be added. I have car insurance I would never agree to pay for no $32 a day car insurance. If you go to this location, don’t go to her.
Wonderful workers that even through its just 2 workers at the counter they try their best even when it gets crowded. They are VERY RESPECTFULL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL at their job that will get you going on your journey. Thank to all staff members including the folks that work in the garage department.
“We’re excited to see you at 3PM to pick up your reservation”. Nobody cares to mention they close at 3?! This place is surprisingly bad at renting cars
