The lady was extremely friendly and so very helpful. She waited for me to get there so that I was able to get a car at the last minute and stayed open longer just to help me. They are all very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend going here.

I received a damaged car that I told desk clerk Heather about and she say if it’s damaged the owner knows about it to make a long story short I turn the vehicle in they try charge for the damage that they already knew about this is last resort location

Car was not washed or inspected. When asked why the car was so dirty, the desk associate responded with, " thats not what we focus on, u are lucky to have a last minute rental. This rental was for business purposes. I had to run it thru a car wash myself. Needless to say, I do not recommend nor will I go to this location again.

Really bad service, came in and this lady was just talking to her friend, told us to wait, we waited over 5 mins for her to say she had no cars to rent, never coming back

Really bad service, didn’t feel welcome since i walked in, this lady with glasses was just talking to her coworker and not helping at all
