Okay so this is my first time dropping off a car at this avis location and the representative was kinda rude it was almost like she didn’t want to do her job. She wasn’t inside, she was smoking outside during her work hours, she had her headphones on didn’t greet me or say hello,this location never has any cars available.

Our tahoe got damaged and we travel alot with softball so at this point We been regulars and I love this location in Fairmont PWy in Pasadena TX every time good friendly service, easy transaction and no issues. They are Awesome. In and out and Friendly 👍❤️

Super exceptional service. Me and my boyfriend lost our car not too long ago, we’re regulars here at this point. I cannot describe how thankful I am for Tony and his over the top customer service. Super friendly, smooth transactions every time, and a friendly environment everytime. 10/10

This 5 star is very much deserved for Mr.tony Sanchez , everything time me and my wife comes in he exceed our expectations EVERYTIME! And we book with the hopes of him being there because he makes the process super easy and comfortable.
