No direction in returns
After reading through the reviews I was honestly a little nervous about my rental here. It was all for nothing, my experience was nothing but good things. The attendant was very friendly and I didn’t have any issues at all picking up my rental. The vehicle was clean and full of gas, we didn’t have any issues with the rental at all.
Not a good idea to rent a vehicle from them. They don't explain anything to you until they take all your money when you return the vehicle.
They gave me a damaged and filthy car! I had no choice because it "was all they got left" after reserving a suv. Avis in general is full of unsupsecting charges and dont reccomned to anyone. I am still getting billed 2 weeks later for "incidents" that didnt happen durring my rental, Good luck getting ahold of customer service its a 30 min wait! Worst rental company even. More than 300 dollars on my bill for charges they just made up. DONT RENT FROM AVIS. YOU WILL GET BILL FOR BREATHING AIR IN THIER CAR!
