Very rude staff we waited 6 hrs because they claim the truck we reserved was getting a oil change never going here again waste of time
Very disappointing service here. Reserved a vehicle earlier in the week, only to get there to find out this specific vehicle was not there, nor was it on its way via the "daily" delivery truck. I never received a call or anything prior. The explanation I received was, "I don't even know what we're receiving, they just send whatever." Poor communication on their side and no one thought to let the customer know. I don't rent cars often, but will for sure use someone other than this company going forward.
The service was excellent.
