Bad service and not professional work! Rented a call they said is full gas and is only 2/3 full. I dont understand how they don't know the cars they have!
Called the website number to ask about available cars, guy told me this location had plenty available. Showed up, no one at the counter. Called both phone numbers on the sign for 25 minutes to no answer/getting sent to voice mail. Called the customer service people back. Was hung up on 3x and then told they'd contact someone by the 4th guy, then the 5th guy said they cant do that. Waited for hours for their agent to return. We were the last flight in. Had reservation and they knew our flight info. No delay…they just didn’t care enough to staff the desk.
This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at Waterloo Airport at 9:15 a.m. for my confirmed one-way reservation, but no staff were at the Avis desk. After waiting over 25 minutes, I called the local number, which redirected me to the national line. Even they could not reach anyone at this location.
