Arrived and the lovely assistant was able to get our car ready, despite being an hour early for our pick up! Looking forward to using them again!

Rented a car from this location. The manager advised me that if I gave them a positive review that they would take a few dollars off of the total cost of the rental. So I did what every reasonable person would do and I gave the company a positive review even though I hadn't picked up the car yet. The manager asked to check my phone for confirmation at which time he thanked me. I then picked up the vehicle for our family vacation to Florida. **I would give this Avis franchise branch -10 stars if i could** I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Avis ,Lansing Capitol Airport regarding a recent reservation experience that fell far below any reasonable expectation of service.
