Ordered a car through a 3rd party website, but no cars were available, despite a big sign at the desk saying "cars now Abdallah". Hmmm
Worst experience. The old lady is very rude and is racist to people of color. Worst vehicle, waste of money. Try Enterprise for the best service (Michigan Avenue) location.
Worst place to rent in Lansing airport! Never rent from this place! The car went through a car crashed and they said it’s just wear and tear and still allow people to rent the car out. The employee will steal your items and lie that is in lost in found. The management still allow them work there to steal more items and can get away with it.
