Made reservations a month in advance and was told 30 minutes before rental pick up that there were no vehicles available until 7pm for pick up, only to be told at 7pm that they dont have any vehicles available and all the vehicles were only available for incoming flights. Because it was not prepaid in advance and gave the car to other ppl. Day of pick up they last minute gives cars to ppl who paid ahead. Ridiculous service. Was over charged tonight thru traveling agency on line! The kid that help me was awesome 5with all the help and support he gave me just trying to get my long week of work done helping senior stay in there comfort of there home as long as they can the young gentleman helped me get my $900.00 back right away from other traveling agency and a vehicle to do that in under 500.00 ty for so much caring support! i will be back next time!ty so much!

Probably the worst rental car place I have ever seen; I dont know where to start. Terrible communication, I tried to resolve my overcharging issue with both the first person I got the rental from at their booth in the airport as well as upon return. Both ignored what I said so I had to take additional time to call corporate to get them to charge the correct billing code. They overpromised on the car, I paid for a nice upgrade for a roadtrip I was making and when I got there I was told that location doesnt ever carry the upgr... read more
