Complete unacceptable service. Over six groups of customers were waiting for a rental car pickup only to be greeted with a “Be back soon!” Sign for over an hour and half. Contact with Avis Customer Service was less than helpful with a “you’ll just have to wait” response.
Great customer service by Paul this will now be my go to rental car location would recommend for everyone

Paul at Avis provided very poor customer service. He was unaware that the vehicle’s tires needed to be replaced, and I ended up driving from San Antonio to Eagle Pass on unsafe tires with no spare. When I called Paul at Avis San Antonio to report the issue, he showed no concern at all. The service was terrible, and there was no care for my safety despite the serious risk.
