Made a reservation two weeks in andvance. Arrived at location. They don’t have any cars and no eta for receiving one. Only resolution I was offered was “go to the airport” unprofessional attitude. Awful customer service. Stay away.
Made a reservation. Made it across town to get here, but No cars available despite the reservation. The young man at the location was very polite about it though, not his fault obviously.
Worker I believe “Khabir” was helpful, great attitude, and answered any questions. 200 deposit incase if accident, but pretty cheap car so cant complain will update if I have any issues
