Your Avis customer service representatives that I spoke with on 10/2 and 10/3 were extremely rude as well as the counter lady at the actual Avis rental location at 5050 FM 1960 W Houston, TX. I arrived at the rental location on 10/3 at 5:20 PM and the counter lady yelled at 3 customers including myself that it was just like people to show up at close. I reserved a van, but the vehicle wasn't ready when I got there. It hadn't been cleaned, but I had to leave right away, so I took it as is, and returned it in the exact same condition. They charged me $125 for cleaning, even though the store agreed that it was dirty when picked up. This is appalling customer service.
This place is just a money grab. Avoid and go somewhere else. They have too many hidden fees. Also makes no sense that I have to put a deposit twice just to extend it.
