After dropping my car off at the shop, I made a reservation with budget. I specifically asked the representative if there were any cars readily available, as I planned to pick up within the hour. She affirmed that there were cars available. When I arrived at this location, there were no cars available. This happened to me once before at Hartsfield-Jackson with a reservation days prior. This place has the absolute worst customer service! The black girl at the counter lacks customer service and is rude. They don’t greet you when you walk in, and literally look at you crazy for making them do their job.
What a joke. Dec 8, 2025, 8 am I walked in to return the car that I drove from Phoenix, the woman at the counter asked me for some form that I was supposed to fill it when returning the car where I would indicate the final mileage and fuel levels.In 26 years of renting cars in the US Ive never heard about such procedure. Let me rephrase this. Avis now wants you to do what normal car rental companies hire people to do, ie, inspect the car on arrival, report the mileage and fuel levels on some sort of a form. Amber is the best. I have interacted with rental agents a lot and she is the best…. Her knowledge is crazy and she has the best customer service I have ever seen.. 5 stars for sure
