Autofahren IN NYC ist etwas "speziell" - soll heißen: muss nicht sein - aber wenn man(n) einen Mietwagen in der 11. Strasse übernehmen möchte, ist die Service-Station perfekt - morgens raus der Stadt - z.B. in die Hamptons... man(n) fährt gegen den Strom.... Übernahme und Rückgabe war Avis-typisch schnell & einfach - Danke für den Service

הגעתי למקום בשעה שהובטח לי ולא היה להם רכבים למרות שביצעתי הזמנה שבוע מראש החזירו אותי לבית ואמרו לי שיתקשרו לידע אותי מתי רכבים יחזרו ויש 17 לקוחות שמחכים לפני בתור לרכבים שלהם גם. היו צריכים לעדכן אותי לפני הגעתי לסניף. ביזבזו לי את הזמן את המונית ששילמתי עליה וגרמו לי לשלם על עוד מונית אליהם אין פיצוי מהחברה הזאת ואין שירות שמצדיק את המחיר!!! Currently waiting with 4 people because the only person operating the counter is on break. Good on them for getting breaks but how is there not someone else scheduled in the interim to take over while we’re all siting here waiting.
