Ive always had a great experience with Budget. I rent with Budget not Avis which is combined with Budget. The staff are great and welcoming. Im a repeat customer and always treated well. Thank you Budget on Woodruff Road in Greenville South Carolina!!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! The customer service is horrid!!! They gave me a car on empty and refuse to reimburse it after I brought it back on full. An absolute nightmare.
I made a reservation and somehow all the Avis locations in Greenville are sold out even though I had a reservation. Not just sold out of the car I booked but out of any car everywhere. How though they should hold a car since I reserved it but didn’t. They will lie to you just to make a sale
