Is there a reason why no one ever answers the phone ?
Lady at the kiosk was 23 minutes late “buying coffee” when we went to pick up our car that was already paid for. Also no clear signage of how to contact the company, the number is just a robot that takes you in endless circles. I had to rummage around the kiosk before I found her number, she didn’t seem to think there was an issue. We were on a tight time budget as are most people travelling and using rentals. Pick any other rental company, we will in the future.
I rented a Nissan Sentra for a few days and overall the experience was fine—clean car, smooth ride, and no issues at pickup. However, on the last day of my rental, the car battery unexpectedly died overnight. I hadn’t left any lights or electronics on, so this came as a total surprise. Unfortunately, I had to spend $100 to get the car jump-started early in the morning, which was both frustrating and stressful, especially since I was on a tight schedule to catch my flight. Rented a Jeep Cherokee and when I arrived claimed there is no car unless I downgrade to an economic car (the staff refused to give us his name nor refund the price difference), which doesn’t fit our luggages. They won’t help with canceling the order too. Absolutely terrible!
