Picking up the car there was no comment about lack of cash option for PA tolls, trying to get through the phone tree idling in front of toll booth only to get someone who was not able to answer my question and could hear the papers shuffling as she researched it. Newer car and no problems during the trip, I tried calling to find out about tolls and even opened EZ-Pass account to pay to no avail. THE WORST EVER!!!! I arrived from my flight early and was offered a dirty car. I agreed to take it, but when I went to the car it had two car seats in it, dirty masks and dirty gloves. I went back to the desk, to the same woman and expressed my concern with the car seats and the state of the car given COVID. I asked for wipes to clean the car.
