We call Avis the Un rental car company! Un responsive, Un caring and Un able to provide safe vehicles! Our last rental was in Butte MT where they lied about what was available, did not upgrade our vehicle, initially provided a vehicle that needed service and had faulty sensors and when replaced it was with a vehicle that had bad tires which caused it to slid into a snow bank and had no snow brush to clean the windows. when I complained to Corporate, they couldn't care less and offered me an insulting $20.00 coupon.
