I had a great experience with Avis in Weston, Florida. The service was professional, friendly, and very smooth from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Yelitza, who was extremely kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire rental process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a positive experience. Please avoid renting from this location. It’s a scam. I’ve been a loyal Avis customer for the past decade, and this experience is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. They overcharged me for my rental even after I was given a free upgrade. This place is not a reputable rental agency. Please be cautious and steer clear of it.
This location is horrendous. Walked in to find no one at the counter. Waited 10-15 minutes before anyone came in, and then I explained I had made two reservations through Costco for an SUV and a pickup and wanted to see which cars were available. The woman in front was extremely rude and said one of the cars was cancelled and that they automatically did it without notifying e or asking which one to cancel . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE They sent me to two different avis locations but they were all sold out. I have no car and I already paid for it because I have a confirmed reservation I made online the day before. No one is helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENDS MY CALLS - this is insane.
