Recently, AVIS sent us an email asking us to pay CAD 5000 for a rental from almost A YEAR ago, even though there were no issues at all. It's just so unreasonable! We provided proof and are still waiting. Very stressful and unfair. They said they can make claims against customers up to 2 years later. I hope other customers don't experience this terrible situation.

We rented a car from January 2nd to January 4th and already paid $286.39 for the rental. However, a month later, we received an email asking us to pay an additional $286.39. It seems very unfair to be asked to pay again for something that has already been paid. Additionally, we were charged $61.99 for tolls, even though we never went to any toll locations. Avis Case: 56901371 Reservation: 07305377CA2 Rental Agreement: E952725071 Rented a car online from AVIS for a trip to France. Vehicle broke down on highway hundreds of kilometres from source or destination.
