Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this company in Canada. Shocking service. You get passed from one number to another. Nobody is accountable. Nobody helps. It is so frustrating. Don't be fooled by the fake response from the owner. They don't respond to that email address either.

Worst service ever! I emailed 3 times 3 different email addresses, and called 3 different places and no one can help me! Got charged 500euros more, with no explanation. If Avis is a responsible company, someone from the management will reach out to me!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Avis and strongly advise others to be cautious when renting from them. Timeline: We rented a car in November 2024 for 2 days. Out of nowhere, in June 2025—seven months later—we received a demand for payment for damages we did not cause. Key issues: 1. Ignored photo evidence – At pickup, I took photos of the car showing preexisting damage.
