Terrible.
We wanted to extend our car rental after 30 days over the phone, but were told that this was only possible in person, at the rental location. As a result, we had to travel all the way to the airport, where only one employee was working out of five. This caused hours of waiting in line. The service was unbelievably slow. The crowd was visibly shocked to see employees on their phones or chatting with each other instead of working. Honestly, it was deeply outrageous. Very bad service, they do mot have enough qualified personnel.
GOT BILLED 450$ for no reason i don't even smoke, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. On top of that i was given a car that needed a oil change. DO NOT RENT HERE
We booked the car well in advance, yet still had to wait over 2.5 hours upon arrival - completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly cleaned. No apology, no compensation, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience.
