Rented from priceline. When we arrived to Santa fe springs avis/budget there were no cars available. They advised me to call another location. I ended up going to la habra and had to upgrade from standard car to SUV. They need to keep supply updated so I can make the best choice to suit my needs.
This place is LEGIT. Way better pricing and understanding of circumstances that can happen to every day hard working customers. My commuter car had major mechanical issues and there was no timetable on when to get it back. My guy Mohamed took care of me. Gave me a great deal on the rental and always kept a professional attitude towards extending without having to come back in or anything like that. This is a great place to rent vehicles. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Mohammad is a sales representative with superb knowledge of the in and out on renting the proper vehicle for your destination. He is definitely a gem and I will be a continuous customer here at Avis. Excellent customer service I give him five stars. He definitely represents a company and puts Avis on Entirely another bracket. Thank you so much Mohammad for making my experience with Avis top-notch I will be returning as a customer within the next couple weeks.
This rental place is amazing. I was trying to get a vehicle with an Uber partnership with AVIS and got turned to 2 different places due to lack of vehicles and or timing. Mohamed I first met back in December of 2024 went above and beyond since my first interaction with him. Not to say the rest of the staff isn’t just as pleasant, but Mohamed makes personal relationships insuring the customer has the best experience along with an amazing knowledge of the uber app. This man deserves the biggest promotion and raise.
