I have rented here probably 20 times in the last 3 years. I am a regular customer here. Today was my final time doing business here. I completely filled up my car at the Murphy’s across the street and they charged me $120 for a full fill up WITH FALSE INFORMATION input into the billing add-ons. I will be filing this legally with my receipt and footage from the Murphy’s if they can’t do right by a longstanding customer and have basic checking in on their returns. Came to try and rent a car today and there was literaly noone in the store. Called the # and the phone just rang. The wal mart lady said maybe he was outside cleaning a car so we went to find him. There were no cars even parked in Avis designated parking spots and the guy was nowhere to be found. What a joke !
DO NOT rent from this place !!! They accused us of 3,000 dollars worth of damage on our rental after we returned it . We did not leave a SINGLE scratch . This place is fraud all around .
