This location exceeded our expectations. After having an incident with wildlife, we were left unable to connect with anyone personally from Avis about our options/direction. We were driving through Port Angeles and stopped in at Avis. Brook not only spent time with us reviewing our options but took the time to fix our rental. We are so appreciative of the service and knowledge Brook provided to us.
This location is fantastic. We had family in town and their SeaTac rental was defective (electric and wouldn’t charge) , 1.5 hours from home. We walked in, no call ahead, and they replaced the vehicle with incredibly friendly service within minutes. This was an exemplary experience.
Very nice lady checked the car out for us. Thank you for a good experience.
