Super helpful…I rented an Avis SUV in Seattle and one of the turn signals went bad. I saw that the nearby Avis was open and dropped in to see if they could help. They did so quickly first checking to see if there was a quick fix and then they relaced the suv with a full size car which worked great! I was in and out in a half hour.
Friendly, helpful staff. We came from New Jersey and didn't realize we would need a rental car in addition to our rv. The staff was able to get us a last minute rental within an hour and saved our trip! Highly recommend.
Brook was very helpful when our first Avis rental car's engine light came on while at Olympic NP. He checked it out and got us in a new vehicle quickly to be able to continue our vacation!
