Nice people. Saved the day when my reservation was not available at another location. They matched the price (reserved a month in advance) and gave a nice clean truck.
The staff at this location are very friendly and efficient. The truck we had reserved was clean, parked out front for us, and ready to go.
Like every other rental place, they try to wheedle you out of every dollar they can. That’s normal. What’s unique is how indifferent and unpleasant the customer service is from the team here. Avoid!
It’s not often I pen a blistering review for a company, but Budget Truck Rental has indeed outdone themselves. If one was to design a masterclass in how NOT to conduct a business, Budget would surely take the top prize. From the outset, their art of deception takes center stage.
