The car we received is in good condition. Staff who start our rental is friendly. However, there is no transparent when they charge us for extra package without any information in advance. Upon return the car, the staff scanned the code on the vehicle n inform us that we are clear to go, no any signature or agreement abt car condition, we returned with full tank as agreement. However they charge us extra 50cad without any explanation, just stated “package” in the invoice. This part is a huge gap that they can improve or work... read more

The new/temporary Avis desk had one employee who was spending ~10 mins chatting with each customer even when there was 22 people in line when our own transaction was done. A total of 50 mins just to pick up a reserved car, even at the President's Club level. Unacceptable
