I had a great experience here thanks to a specific employee named Sarah. I discovered my assigned car was locked with the keys in it, and no way for me to get in. There was also a super long line at the counter. I saw Sarah walking around the lot, and asked if she could assist me. She could have easily told me to go wait in the line, but she walked me to the line of freshly cleaned cars and helped me pick one out. She was so incredibly helpful and cheery about it as well. They deny your international voucher for reasons not even mentioned on the voucher and then “offer” you to rebook your car at twice the original price so you can go. Never had this problem with other rental companies.
Preferred Avis member. Prepaid 1 months ahead of time for a "Prius or similar" but by the time I got there they had a crappy Kia Soul with lots of miles and not nearly in the same category or price as a Prius. If I wanted what I paid for they told me to drive over to the other terminal and have it e have exchanged there. I drove there and was greeted by a couple of surly employees who agreed to exchange the Prius but made it seem like they did me a personal favor for that.
