Very bad car rental company. We saw cars on the website, but we took a taxi there. The store said they didn't have any cars. We called a day in advance and confirmed with the store staff repeatedly. I lost my driver's license and asked if it was okay with a photo. They said of course it was okay. During the call, I confirmed it repeatedly and they said yes. The staff must have been stupid.
