I’m not happy at all. Family member waiting over hour to get call light answered. Resident has a bad bed sore because they won’t change her regularly. Staff very unprofessional talking on phone with headphones on charting.Shawn very helpful even when he is not assigned to resident he came to help.
Fantastic Staff, very clean
This facility is always clean when you walk in the door. The staff takes great care of their residents and their leadership is phenomenal. I highly recommend this facility!
