The facility is always clean,housekeeping is staff is very good. High turnover in staff,med aides poorly trained, new aides poorly trained & over worked 12hr shifts with 20+ patients. The only reason this place gets 4 stars is due to facility being clean, awesome physical therapy occupational therapy,speech therapy. This place ia good if you have mobility.

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. The amount of issues we have had since my uncle has came here has been insane. From the food, to being forced to sit in his diaper till after lunch when they’ve fed everyone and it’s convenient for them, is crazy. Now he has been sitting at dialysis for 2 hours now, waiting for the new transportation service to pick him up that they say he has to use because he is in this facility. This facility is very clean. The look of the building is clean and nice and sets the tone of the care you get here. All the staff are friendly and nice and the rooms are spacious and refreshing. The food when I was there was tasty and fresh. Rehab helped me make progress and has a 5 star spacious gym!!

When my sister entered this facility we were both stressed, apprehensive and a bit concerned because her medical situation was serious and we knew that she was going to have a long road to recovery. Without my asking, Ben, the Facility Administrator reached out to me and gave me his private cell number and told me that he was available to address any concerns that we may have now or any time during her stay.
