I come here once a week. It is clean. Staff is amazing. The residents are happy. Activities are great! This place is a wonderful place!

My mother in law was there for a little over a month. The staff was great. Anything we needed for my mother in law it was taken care of. The CNA’S went above and beyond. I would have loved to have these CNA’S at my facility in Fl. I can’t say enough about the CNA’S. I would definitely put my mother in law back there for rehab. She did great in therapy.

This is the worst place ever!!! Its dirty and nurses have attitudes and all they do is stand around and talk and when u do ask them questions they seem to not know what goes on in there own job the place is dirty and should be shut down.

Nursing department not good, I keep complaining abut my family member care today the DON almost kick me out of the facility because I ask her for the treatment records she said am not allowed to ask for no information. But 10 minutes later the nurse practitioner got a new order for the problem. ( if your nurse’s there not doing the job why agree with the problem)🫣🫣🫣🫣
