My Mom has been at this facility for a very long time. Of course it’s always understaffed and most are friendly CNA’s. It’s a revolving door of office help. Lack of communication with family members. Clothes are always getting lost or ruined. Meds not given on time. The phone rarely gets answered and when it does, I’m on hold for 20 min or till I get tired of waiting.
