The only problem I have with this company is that they never answer their phone.
This is the worst place ive ever seen. My mom was there for physical therapy for only 12 hours. The staff doesnt want to do their jobs, the rooms are way too hot and its infested with bugs. My mother almost died in there cause of negligence. If it wasn't for my aunt showing up and basically beating down the door before they would get off their lazy buts just to open the door. My mother might not be here now. We had them call 911 and get her out ASAP.
I admitted my Pawpaw at Avir at John Jones yesterday. The staff was so welcoming and my father-in-law was very pleased. I am so happy he is in a wonderful place with great care and a wonderful team!
Beautiful new facility with amazing caregivers. I highly recommend you visit prior to putting your loved one anywhere else.
