My Dad was here and 2 nights in a row did not receive one of his medications and he is on over a dozen. Also, they did not take him for a shower for 2 days. The facility is quiet, pretty clean and one employee that gives the meals is polite and prompt and food is way better than hospital food. Had to take my Dad from there and bring him to one right beside it or else he would not have lasted that long or had to get his leg halfway amputated.

Since Avir’s management acquisition, the building has reached 100% occupancy and removed Agency staff from the facility. The commitment of the team and hard work shows daily. The facility is clean, efficient and a great place for rehab!
