American Girls Cafe I took my neices here. We love American Girls. We got another Jesse because the nieces said I am not to old to have one too. Then we have a girls lunch upstairs with our girls. It was such a great time and a memory I will not forget.
Great place.. to look I grew up dreaming about getting an American Girl doll, needless to say - with the prices they force onto parents, I never recieved one. The store is SO HUGE, but it's so busy I felt claustrophobic in most areas. It's a museum combined with a gift shop - with museum gift shop prices times 3. If you have the money and a certain someone (or yourself) who would enjoy the outfits and the dolls, this is the perfect place for you.
Enjoyable place for girls of all ages When I went to American Girl place, it was a lot of fun. I couldn't believe all the outfits they had for the dolls. I bought a doll outfit, scooter, and skateboard. They even had clothing for girls that matched the dolls! There are books for girls about all sorts of things like hairstyles and growing up. The books can relate to all girls and are very helpful. You can even have a tea party with your doll. I would love to go there again.
You're a doll There's this old horror movie involving these very old people out in the woods who make dolls that come to life and occasionally kill people. If those old people opened a shop in New York it would probably look like American Girl Place. Only without the creepiness and all the killing. Great place to collect dolls that don't kill.
Great for Your Chils Imagination but Addictive and Pricy I took my little girl there on a day trip for her brthday. The dolls were wonderful and the choice of outfits and accessories were great. The only down side was the prices. Outragous!
American Girl Dolls This is a great experience for a young girl. It is a little pricey if you go to the shows and tea and the various other activities they have, but it is a great experience for a child. The store is impecable and service is very good. They have everyhting imagineable for your American Girl doll collection.
Tea Party Time The American Girl Place is very aptly named. To call it the American Girl store would not be sufficient. This is more of an experience than just a store. Of course there are plenty of items to buy - dolls and all sorts of accessories but there are also lots of things for your child and her American Girl doll of course, to do. They can have a tea party or even get their coifs done! Definitely a great place to bring a girl for her birthday!
You must visit with your daughter This place is like an amusement park for girls. It has everything for the american girl doll and your daughter. They have a place to have a light lunch. They have an area to get your daughter's hair as well as her doll's hair done. It is pricey but a whole afternoon experience.
my niece loved it I took my neice and my daughter to this store over my vacation to New York City. They had some beautiful dolls that I like and wanted for myself. They had great assesories to go along with the dolls, such as, tents, wagons, horse, to name a few. They were quite pricey though. But It would be worth it for one doll.
