I would give 0 stars if possible. The staff is verbally abusive and neglectful. I recommend looking at their poor CMS rating and HIGH number of complaints through wisconsin department of quality assurance. My family member was treated horribly here and it led to her being readmitted to the hospital. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. This facility should be shut down.
