This company is absolutely garbage. For the past three years I’ve been a small commercial vendor and quite a few of my customers use them. It is non stop late payments, lost payments, and recently, they “accelerated” a payment to a bank account I closed months ago, and then took my clients money. So, basically they just kept my money. As a vendor being paid through AvidXchange, payments are often months late or "get lost in the mail". I am currently waiting on 18 checks from them dating back as old as June 2025. It's currently Nov 2025.
I waited twenty minutes to speak with someone during regular business hours and finally reached 'George.' When I told him I was on hold for twenty minutes, he got upset and hung-up on me ... now I'm waiting another 15+ minutes to get back in touch to simply update an email address. How can one call this a professional company?
