Horrible company, impossible to get a hold of anyone, constantly confusing transactions

You have one job, and that is to process payments, not to hold onto our hard-earned money and deposit it when you feel like it. It’s not like you’re doing it for free. Then you have the nerve to try to sell us a faster process. I thought that was the objective.
