This company constantly tries to pay customer invoices with a virtual credit card for the exact amount of the invoice. We do not accept this form of payment so the payment sits, then they send the funds back to the customer and the invoice goes unpaid and causes peoples accounts to get frozen and we do not service them. Ruining the planet - They use ONE envelope, ONE stamp, ONE check and ONE of THEIR advertising inserts to pay ONE invoice. Our client paid us five invoices ON THE SAME DAY and now this is all of the TRASH I have... should be ashamed of yourselves. Wasting resources.
Unable to get any response. Trying to process payment, but address is not accurate and account rep won't respond, sales hung up on me, no response from customer service
UPDATE: I was contacted by a senior customer service rep after he saw this review. He was very helpful and apologetic himself, however I was promised a call/follow up from a specialist on their website login issue the next day. Well it’s been multiple days and ZERO RESPONSE from anybody. I am still unable to login to my account. Beyond frustrated with this company. This is one of the WORST companies to deal with.
