I can’t say enough great things about Avidia Bank - Westborough Branch. This office is consistently kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment you walk in, you feel valued and genuinely cared for. A special shoutout to Denise — she goes above and beyond every time. She remembers faces and names, which makes each visit feel personal and meaningful. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and warmth these days.

Amazing dedication to customers needs and experience. Today, when most everything is expected to be digital access and transacted, many of us, especially the elderly, can be left behind very confused and feeling defeated. I love the whole staff at Avidia. My father has recently passed away on December 2, 2024. Kim Perkins and the staff took good care of my parents and myself. I couldn’t do it without them. It’s been my bank since I was a teenager. They are family to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Love you all. Happy New Year’s to a wonderful crew and Bank. My whole family will give them 20 stars.
