I had a great experience with Amanda, the assistant manager of the Framingham branch. She was so kind, professional, and supportive in helping me resolve an issue with my checking account. She reached out to me via phone and email to let me know what happened (it was my fault 😬)and was eager to help me out with a resolution to fix the problem. It was so easy to get back in touch with her using her direct line and to talk to her. She was amazing!
I went to the bank to cash a check from my dentist. The bank contacted my dentist, and my dentist verified the check. Despite this, the bank still refused to cash it and did not communicate with me about what was happening. I was left standing at the counter with no explanation.
