Could not be happier with my experience at this bank - especially with Amanda. She is quick to jump on any questions that you may have and offer solutions. Happy to have the personal touch that is so often missing in todays environment.
Banking at Avidia is a great experience. Never get support from a call center again! You can call right into your local branch and speak with a familiar face to get any issue resolved.
I had the best experience with Amanda Figueiredo and the Framingham Avidia Bank branch! Amanda went above and beyond for us and we could not have been treated better. I was buying a new car and needed help with a wire in a very short amount of time and Amanda handled things faster than I even thought possible. Huge thank you to her and the rest of the staff here, they are amazing and I would highly recommend this branch!!
