I had a great experience with Amanda, the assistant manager of the Framingham branch. She was so kind, professional, and supportive in helping me resolve an issue with my checking account. She reached out to me via phone and email to let me know what happened (it was my fault 😬)and was eager to help me out with a resolution to fix the problem. It was so easy to get back in touch with her using her direct line and to talk to her. She was amazing!
I went to the bank to cash a check from my dentist. The bank contacted my dentist, and my dentist verified the check. Despite this, the bank still refused to cash it and did not communicate with me about what was happening. I was left standing at the counter with no explanation. When I asked for an update, the front desk representative said she didn’t have an answer and was dismissive instead of offering a courteous response, such as suggesting they contact my dentist again. By far the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I used to bank with BoA, and the difference is night and day. Dom, the branch manager, personally drove to my business to deliver a debit card I had ordered—and that’s just the beginning of how this bank has gone above and beyond for me and my business.
