I went to this bank in the morning, the lady had bad attitude and poker face in entire conversation with me, I provided the ID to her, she wanted to me provide utilities bills with address and passport which is unnecessary. She was too aggressive, won’t be this bank anymore.
I went to five different banks looking for $2 bills for a Christmas gift. Everyone was pleasant and helpful EXCEPT this bank location. I was told that if I didn't have an account, I would not be served. That's why I will NEVER do business here. It would have been nice to have an explanation instead of a short rude "we can't service you".
Always quick with a smile and remembering me. Fast service and everyone is very knowledgeable.
I've been banking here since I was just a kid, and I can't think of a better banking experience. Tess, Amy and the rest of the crew are polite, professional, and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Any question I ever had was answered quickly, and they're always willing to give good advice, financial or otherwise, to those who ask. If I could give 6 stars, I easily would.
