I went to Avidia in Westborough b/c it was local, but I chose it over other local banks because it had really high reviews on Google relative to the others. I had a very consistent experience as others have mentioned on here, briefly interacting with 2 people behind the teller section, and then a much more lengthy meeting with the branch manager to open a new account. This staff is incredible!! Any kind of service I need, they provide. Any time I need statements or need some kind of maintenance, they’re quick to help and make the experience smooth. I love seeing their smiles at the teller line and the professionalism of the managers.
