I bought 3 HUUM 7.5kw sauna heaters from Avide for 3 - 6’ barrel saunas purchased elsewhere. Of which 2 of the HUUM heaters came with faulty heating elements, the first broken set they replaced for free (which required deinstall and reinstall of the heater). The second set we were ignored when trying to get replaced right after install and never heard back. It was a significant amount of money and now regretting my purchase of the huum heater. 7.5kw can only get the barrel sauna up to 140 in the winter and 165 in the summer.
