The initial engagement was good with good suggestions based on experience. We were happy with most of selections. But the support is not great. Emails are not answered and phone calls never returned. For mobile and office. There is an issue with one of the roller blinds for a few months now and they don't seem to bother to provide an answer. Disappointing
No idea what the blinds are like as we couldn't get anything from them. Dropped by the showroom but was closed - "make an appointment". Rang and was told to email. Emailed, no response. Rang again - yes they had the email and would respond. Nothing. Gave up and went to another local company!

What a great company. Not only did they prove us with fabulous product and service 3 years ago when we installed an outdoor blind, when the remote was inoperable just recently, Barry visited and fixed the issue for me. Happy clients here Aviance. We will be back.
