The staff are very helpful. If you park on the farther west ramp, they'll pick you up in a van. They manage the courtesy car and enforce the two-hour limit, so expect the car to become available if it isn't available when you arrive. If you need to drive up to your plane, just stop by the desk, and they'll explain how to do it. It was overall a frictionless experience.

We stopped in to visit Holland for a night and really enjoyed our time at KBIV and Avflight. I rented a car through Hertz website and they already had the car ready when we arrived and Avflight pulled it onto the ramp for us. Pretty slick for a GA guy. It was $9 landing and $9/night which I had no issue with (we didn't fuel)- it was a very nice FBO and they were very attentive. I would stop by here again without question especially with how close it is to Holland.

This FBO is not a friend to pilots and is going against AOPA's best interests. AOPA is calling on the FAA and actively working with legislators seeking misuse of ADS-B data for landing fees. This FBO is using ADS-B data to identify aircraft and then charge landing fees.
