Very disappointing experience. They are holding my $320 bond money without resolution and also deducted an extra one week payment(161.63) from my account. Now they are not responding to my messages, and when I call, they behave rudely and refuse to give clear answers. Completely unprofessional service.
I am posting this review to document a concerning rental experience that raises questions about vehicle safety, transparency, and consumer fairness. I rented a red Hyundai Getz from this company. Throughout the rental period, the vehicle consumed and leaked engine oil at an excessive rate, requiring me to regularly purchase and top up oil every few days in order to operate the vehicle. I urge you to stay far away from this “company” extremely dodgy and screwed me over for about $850. Very dodgy and compulsive liars.
Don’t hire from this company, very bad experience, rented me an unroadworthy vehicle, the speedometer did not work and was a dangerous car to drive. When requesting to be fixed, was told it would take weeks to get a new part. Still waiting for bond to be returned.
