My physical therapist is Chris, and we do a therapy called Dry Needling. Before we began the treatment, my muscles felt heavy and very restricted. It was like trying to move through mud rather than air, and it's exhausting to go through that everyday. After my treatments, I began to feel lighter from the burdens of restricted movement. It's feels amazing to be more normal and have my muscles feel lighter than they have in years!! I highly recommend this technique to anyone who has muscles that are super tight and unyeilding.... read more
